First and additional cards
The first virtual card is permanently free with no monthly fee. Each additional virtual card costs $2.99 once. Application, issuance and use remain subject to actual card and service eligibility.
Funding service fees
USD funding must be $1–$10,000, with up to two decimal places. A fixed $1.05 applies from $1 to $34.99. From $35, the funding fee is 2.99% of the credited amount, rounded to cents. The fee is excluded from card credit and does not add a merchant-spending fee. Sign in to your wallet, select your own card and confirm the order to fund it.
USD spending and normal merchant refunds
MEHUH charges $0 additional fees for USD spending after funding and normal merchant refunds. Third-party conversion charges for non-USD transactions, merchant taxes and other third-party costs may differ under the card and merchant disclosures. The public funding calculator does not add a 3% non-USD surcharge. Distinguish original transaction currency from final billing currency when reviewing conversion costs.
Reference exchange rates and payment orders
The latest available reference rate is dated and is not a live execution rate. CNY totals convert USD credit plus the funding fee using the confirmed order rate, rounded to CNY cents. Public estimates do not create payment orders. Funding orders are created in the wallet; follow their amounts, expiry and payment-channel instructions. Historical orders retain their original amounts, rates and pricing versions without retroactive recalculation.
Taxes, Taobao rounding and procurement
Merchant taxes already included in a transaction are not added twice. Third-party charges follow actual disclosures, and taxes depend on the product, merchant and use or delivery location. For Taobao payments priced at CNY 1 per unit, quantity is rounded up; the order separately shows payment and the difference. Manual procurement uses separate itemized quotes that require confirmation and must not be conflated with card-funding rules.
