Information collected
Initial contact details include name, email and at least one of WeChat/QQ or phone/WhatsApp. Public applications save details and a reference for review and contact, without a funding amount. Historical payment orders and wallet funding are recorded through their corresponding flows. Service processing may include applications, invitations, support, fees, reconciliation and necessary security logs.
Account details and providers
Submit subsequent account setup and identity details through the allocated card provider’s secure pages under its privacy policy. MEHUH does not publicly display application data. Information needed for service delivery, notices, support, security and legal obligations may be shared with relevant providers or legally authorized recipients.
Website services and retention
The website uses hosting, database, private-file and email services. Necessary browser storage supports sessions, security and legacy order access. Data is retained as needed for services and applicable obligations. For access, correction or deletion, contact hello@mehuh.com. Records required by law or disputes may need to be retained.
