MEHUH Pay

Terms of service

Understand the purchasing process, fees, and how your information is used.

1. Scope of service

MEHUH Pay is provided by MEHUH LLC for submitting purchasing requests for goods or services, verifying costs, confirming quotes, and manual purchasing. The website brand does not imply that MEHUH is a bank or licensed payment institution. This website does not provide customer wallets, stored balances, automatic card payments, automatic purchasing, or money transfer services.

2. Purchasing information and review

You must provide accurate product specifications, quantities, a contact name, at least one contact method, and any special requirements that comply with the merchant’s requirements, and confirm that you are authorized to make the request. Merchant eligibility, availability, and purchasing conditions require manual review. Submitting a request does not constitute acceptance or guarantee successful purchasing.

3. Product links and reference estimates

Product links are saved with your request for our team to review. Enter and check the price, currency and plan. The listed price is not the final merchant total. Reference estimates exclude unverified taxes and other costs and cannot be used for direct payment.

4. Final quotes and customer approval

Final quotes show costs, an exchange rate snapshot, a version, and an expiry time. Check the product, purchasing requirements, amount, and refund rules before accepting. Expired quotes cannot be accepted. Changes to purchasing requirements, plans, taxes, or actual merchant charges require review and approval of a new quote. No additional fees will be charged without your consent.

5. Payment, purchasing, and delivery

After accepting a quote, wait for our team to provide payment instructions. Staff must verify that payment has actually been received before purchasing; a payment screenshot alone is not proof of receipt. Purchasing and delivery timing depend on the merchant’s circumstances and are reflected in the order record. Do not provide full card numbers, CVVs, account passwords, or verification codes.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and quote differences

You may request cancellation before payment. For paid orders, failed purchases, completed merchant transactions or received merchant refunds, we review refundable amounts, incurred service and direct costs, and merchant rules separately. Expected and actual refunds are recorded separately; full refunds are not guaranteed. Differences are recorded and handled under applicable terms. No extra charges are added without your agreement.

Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved or completed. Orders separately record stages such as receipt of a merchant refund and completion of a customer refund, together with transaction references. If merchant charges are lower than quoted, the difference is recorded and reviewed rather than silently treated as profit. Additional costs after purchasing are handled under the applicable agreement and law.

7. Applicable requirements and contact

Transactions must comply with merchant terms, applicable law, and the terms formally agreed by both parties. These terms do not exclude any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Specific tax, accounting, or transaction structure questions require professional review of the facts. For questions, use Contact us or your order notes to contact our team.
