Cancel subscriptions
Cancel subscriptions separately in the merchant account. Closing or freezing a card does not cancel a subscription or erase existing transactions.
Refunds and charges
Refunds are processed by the merchant and card provider; receipt follows actual processing. Details explain the original transaction, amount received, exchange differences and applicable non-refundable costs. Some conversion charges may be non-refundable under the allocated card’s rules. MEHUH charges $0 for normal merchant refunds. Contact MEHUH about funding service fees or unused funds under the terms agreed before payment.
Unusual transactions and disputes
Promptly report unauthorized or duplicate charges to the card provider and MEHUH, retaining transaction and merchant correspondence records. Dispute deadlines and handling follow the specific card agreement.
