1. Information we collect
To review and fulfill purchasing requests, we collect your contact name, the WeChat, QQ, email, or WhatsApp details you provide, product links and specifications, special requirements or notes, and supporting files you choose to upload. We also record order status, quotes, payment verification, purchasing and refund records, and necessary audit information.
2. How we use information
Information is used to review products and merchant costs and taxes, prepare and confirm quotes, arrange purchasing and delivery, process refunds or adjustments, send order notices, verify access and handle disputes. Provide only what your purchase requires.
3. Access and service providers
Customer orders are protected by unpredictable access tokens. Staff access required information through administrator authentication and permissions. Orders are stored in the configured Cloudflare database and evidence images in private storage. Necessary information may be shared with merchants or email providers to complete purchases or deliver notifications.
4. Supporting files and sensitive information
Images are re-encoded to remove metadata and checked for file type and size as part of the upload process. Please still redact unnecessary sensitive information. The website does not collect or store full card numbers, CVVs, account passwords, or verification codes. Do not include them in forms or images.
5. Retention and corrections
Order information, quote versions, and audit records are retained only as needed to fulfill orders, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Specific retention periods must be determined based on business circumstances and applicable requirements. You may update necessary purchasing information in your order; historical versions remain available to verify the basis of quotes. Changes to products or purchasing requirements require costs and quotes to be reviewed again.
6. Your requests
You may use our published contact channels or order notes to request access, correction, deletion, or information about retention periods. Our team will verify your relationship to the order and handle your request in light of outstanding orders, applicable law, and recordkeeping obligations. Do not share your private order access link publicly.
7. Browser storage
To maintain access during your visit, the website stores order access tokens in the current browser session and uses secure administrator login cookies. Actual orders are stored persistently in the server database, independently of browser storage. After closing a session or changing devices, you may need to enter your access token again.
